Common questions

How do I get an account?

Ask Anmol. This is a private server for people he knows; there is no sign-up form and no waiting list.

I forgot my password.

Email anmol@ponderance.dev and it is reset by hand. There is no self-serve reset on this server.

A library looks empty.

Libraries are per-account, so an empty one usually means it is not shared with you rather than that it is broken. Say which library you expected and it gets checked.

Playback keeps stalling.

Try a lower quality in the player first — most stalls are the server transcoding for a format your device cannot play directly. If a specific title always stalls, name it in an email.
